Member Code of Conduct

• Consent is paramount. Always seek clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent before engaging in any physical interaction for all genders. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and must be respected immediately.

• No means no. If someone indicates disinterest or politely declines an invitation, respect their decision without argument, pressure, or resentment. Remember, like-mindedness and attraction are two different things but can co-exist. 

• Approach with politeness. It’s important to approach fellow members with kindness, politeness, and respect. Rejection should be accepted gracefully, without taking offense.

• Respect personal boundaries. Each member has the right to set their own personal boundaries, and those boundaries must be respected without question or hesitation.

• Respect social dynamics. While the primary purpose of the club is socializing and engaging in optional, consensual sexual activity, it is important to maintain friendly, open, and respectful communication throughout.

• Inclusivity and respect for all individuals. All members, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, or relationship status, should be treated with respect and dignity.

• Zero tolerance for discrimination. Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

• Harassment-free environment. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or unwanted attention is strictly prohibited.

• Communicate openly. If you are uncomfortable with a situation or interaction, communicate your feelings respectfully and promptly.

• Respect privacy. What happens within the club stays within the club. Do not share details of other members' activities or personal information outside of the community. Respect the desire for privacy and anonymity that some members may seek. Refrain from discussing any member’s real name, identity, or details about them outside the club unless given explicit permission.

• No photography or recording. Members are prohibited from taking photos, videos, or audio recordings without explicit consent from all involved parties. Photos or video recording of any kind from any type of device is strictly  prohibited in the group play rooms. Violation of this policy will be immediate grounds for removal and termination of membership without refund. Photography and recording is allowed within private playrooms providing consent of all parties involved.

• Anonymity. Hidden Agenda does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does Hidden Agenda sell guest information. To contact a Hidden Agenda guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at an event.

• Maintain good hygiene. Members are expected to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, including grooming and cleanliness, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. All Hidden Agenda members must follow the dress code policy at all times.

• Use protection and discretion during intimate interactions to promote sexual health and safety.

• Be mindful of health status.  If you have any known sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or are unsure of your status, communicate openly and take steps to protect yourself and others. We encourage all members to test regularly.
   

• Responsible behavior. If alcohol or other substances are consumed, it is vital to maintain control and act responsibly. Intoxication should never interfere with mutual respect, communication, or consent.

• No illegal substances or activity. The use of illegal drugs or any activity that contravenes the law is strictly prohibited.

• Hidden Agenda has a no-tolerance policy for illegal drugs or prostitution.

• Follow club rules. This includes, but is not limited to: dress code, playroom rules,  designated smoking areas, and all aspects of the member code of conduct outlined in this agreement or posted on premise.

• Playroom rules. If you enter a play area, and are not playing, we kindly ask that you whisper or do not talk at all. Please do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If there is a doubt, please ask them if they would like your company.

• Mindful of your surroundings: Discretion and safety of our members is our top priority; therefore, please be mindful of voice tones and behavior when entering/exiting the venue or occupying a designated outdoor space. This community understands that the consensually non-monogamous lifestyle is not one that is easily accepted or understood; for that reason all attendees should behave in a manner that does not draw attention to our venue so we can continue to provide a safe and exclusive experience for all members. 

• Promotion of competing events or services. Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Hidden Agenda or on the Hidden Agenda network or premises may result in membership suspension. In particular, any parties advertised on the same weekend as a Hidden Agenda will result in immediate account review. 

All solo gentlemen must be vetted and have an approved membership prior to attendance. Please follow the process below:

• Message us at contactus@ahiddenagenda.com to inform of your interest in becoming a member
• Participate in a vetting exercise to ensure understanding of code of conduct and lifestyle etiquette expectations
• Gain permission to apply for membership
• Purchase membership and event tickets
• Attend event

 Limited solo gentlemen tickets are available AND are subject to our thorough vetting process. Solo male attendance is is properly scaled to the number of expected couples; all solo males are vetted and approved by the owner. On average, we approve 3-5 solo males per event unless it is a Hotwife Event. Solo males must be invited into the play spaces, otherwise are required to remain in the social areas of the venue. 

Any member who violates this Code of Conduct may be given a warning, or be asked to leave the club or event immediately. Repeated violations or severe breaches may result in permanent removal from the club. 

You agree to indemnify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.
